Park Borchert
Actor/Director/Performer

Welcome
Thank you for stopping by at my website. I have put together a few pages here to introduce myself to you, or perhaps even re-introduce myself. Although I have spent the balance of my time in the world of academia and New media development, I have been steadily performing throughout New York City. By day I am an unassuming award-winning director of video and animation, but by night, I become whatever the script (or my stand up set) requires. So please take a moment and browse through my pictures and videos and thanks again for coming by!

Park Borchert
As a character actor and comedian, I find that some of my favorite roles are when I get to play the bad guy. But in all honesty, there is no greater joy than making your audience laugh. A sold out show at Carolines or the Improv, where the audience is with you on every line is a true thrill.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with alot of great coaches and teachers, such as Warren Robertson, Milton Katselas, Bill HIckey, and a host of others. However, Steve Rosenfield has had such an impact not just on my performance, but also my writing that I feel perhaps he has been my great influence in the last 15 years of my career.

Little Known Science Facts about Park Borchert

After toasting the only piece of whole wheat bread to be found in her country,
Lordes Guererra, a woman in Esplanada, Mexico, discovered that the image of the Virgin Mary
had been burned into the toast. The odd thing was that the Madonna was accompanied
by Park Borchert, who was known for spending a lot of time in Mexico,
especially with people who were holier than he. The toast was subsequently sold on eBay.
